LS Coolant Steam Port Crossover & Throttle Body Bypass Hose Kit

Clean up your LS cooling system routing and delete unnecessary throttle body coolant lines. This kit provides a compact steam port crossover solution with multiple 1/8" NPT ports for sensors or bleeds, ideal for swaps and performance builds.

Compatibility

• All GM Gen III/IV LS engines: LS1, LS6, LSX, LM7, LR4, LQ4, LQ9, L59, LM4, L33 (and similar)
• Note for LS6: Hose may interfere with the valley pan; check clearance.

Key Features

• Aluminum steam port adapters and crossover hose to simplify plumbing
• Passenger side adapter: two 1/8" NPT ports
• Driver side adapter: one 1/8" NPT port
• Install on the front or rear cylinder head steam ports
• Throttle body coolant bypass for a cleaner bay and fewer heat‑soak issues

Fitment Notes

• Will not work with passenger‑side mounted alternator bracket kits
• Use thread sealant on NPT fittings (not included)
• Verify hose/valley cover clearance on LS6 configurations

Installation Tips

• Clean sealing surfaces and confirm O‑ring integrity before assembly
• Apply thread sealant to NPT threads only; do not overtighten
• Bleed the cooling system thoroughly after installation
